Two Seas is a collaboration between industry veterans John Carboni and Rob Russo who have come together to create a tsunami of creativity entertainment programming. John and Rob each have more than three decades of industry experience, and individually have garnered a boat load of Emmys, Tellys and Aurora awards.
John Carboni
John has spent 30 years working in the fast-paced world of broadcast television. His journey began in the world of sports television, working for United Artists Cable providing coverage of news and live college sports. The fast pace and adrenaline had him hooked and within a year he was to begin a 13-year relationship with the New York Football Giants. In 1995, John launched Impact Studios. His visionary insight led Impact Studios to become the first production facility in Connecticut to provide Hollywood-level 3D animation to broadcasters and advertising agencies. Impact Studios soon established itself as a leading producer of fitness videos, having produced nearly all of the best selling titles for the top fitness personalities in the world. Rob Russo
Rob is one of the foremost experts in media, marketing, and sales, in the ever changing traditional and emerging new media space. Rob started his career in the early eighties as a research analyst for the TV and Radio rep firm, Katz. He became a TV account executive and manager. Rob left Katz, became director of sales for Cablevision and Group W cable sales and returned to Katz in 1996. In 2011, he joined startup ION media’s political advertising unit. In 2013, Rob opened RNR Media Consulting LLC. In 2016, RNR Media transitioned into the Broadcast TV, Cable, Movie and Radio production field, where Rob Executive Produced several entertainment specials. Rob has joined the Two Seas TV team to head up programming sales and co-branded content opportunities
